Do I have to use Spell API?

No, you don’t have to use Spell API. In most personal cases, you can use our web application to perform the whole order management process. However, if your business needs more advanced features (such as define order number, tail amount, order expiration time, etc.), then you have to use Spell API.

Is there any pre-built plugin for popular e-commerce platforms?

Yes, we have built plugins for popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce.

Is Spell API free to use?

Spell API is only included in Pro and Enterprise plans.
